On 6th June 2025, the third-year BSc Nursing students of New Royal College of Nursing (NRCN) held an engaging Audio-Visual Aids Exhibition, spotlighting creativity in teaching. The event aimed to enhance students' communication skills, promote the use of visual tools in education, and showcase self-prepared teaching aids. The exhibition began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a welcome speech from Ms. Priyadharshini. Students presented a wide range of innovative AV aids—from traditional tools like flashcards, posters, charts, and puppet shows to digital media such as PowerPoint presentations, microscopes, and a NICU model. Chief dignitaries, including Dr. Jacintha R. Mariyappa, Dr. Harish, Dr. Navya, and Mrs. Pravabathi, were honoured for their guidance. Fourth-year students ensured smooth coordination throughout the event. Exhibits were judged on creativity, realism, and teamwork, with Groups 18 and 28 jointly winning third prize. The event beautifully showcased how AV aids enrich nursing education by transforming complex concepts into impactful learning tools.

East Point Hospital in collaboration with Government of Karnataka, organized the Pulse Polio Immunization drive on March 3rd, 2024, as part of the nationwide Pulse Polio immunization drive. This initiative aimed to administer oral polio vaccine to children below the age of five years.

The inauguration of the Football & Basketball Court at East Point "Jnanaprabha" campus, Bangalore took place on February 22nd, 2024. Smt. B.L. Ramadevi Venkatpathi, our beloved Chairperson, inaugurated the court. The ceremony was graced by Sri S.V. Pramod Gowda, Trustee & CEO, EPGI, Sri S.V. Rajiv Gowda, Trustee & CEO, EPGI, Dr. Prakash S, Sr. Vice President, EPGI and all the Heads of the Institutions, Teaching, non-teaching and students. The event brought together students, faculty, and guests in a jubilant atmosphere, reflecting EPGI's ethos of unity. The unveiling of the new facilities was met with enthusiasm, embodying the excitement within the community. Students from East Point College of Engineering and Technology (EPCET) and East Point College of Higher Education (EPCHE) participated in "SPARDHA 23," the State Level Intercollegiate Sports Fest hosted by CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore, on December 14th, 2023, and emerged as the champions in the Throwball Tournament!
